Q. Do your sizes run true to size?

A. Everyone has a different opinion on what "true to size" means. Please keep in mind that the sizing can vary from style to style and with different fabrics so please look at the size chart provided for each listing prior to ordering and compare to your actual measurements.

Q. How do I wash my garment?

A. Many of our garments are made with cotton spandex blend fabric and may have graphics, lace or embellishments. To keep your item looking its best for a long time, we recommend hand wash and hang dry. For items that do not have lace or rhinestones you may machine wash on gentle cycle and dry on cool or low heat setting while inside out.

Q. Do you ship international?

A. No, we are only shipping to the US at this time.

Q. Do you allow exchanges or returns?

A.Yes, we allow returns for credit towards another item or exchanges for a different style or size. Item must be returned with the following criteria:

  1. Returned item MUST be in its original condition: Unworn, Unwashed, free of smoke, perfume odors, free of pet hair and otherwise in clean state it was originally shipped in. If we receive a returned item where the above conditions are not met it will be returned back to you since it cannot be resold.
  2. We require a $3.75 exchange fee to cover shipping & processing for the new item for USA.
  3. Once exchange item is received in acceptable condition and exchange fee has been made we will send the replacement item via USPS mail.

Q. I received the wrong item, what do i do?

A. We inspect all items prior to being shipped, however if for some reason a mistake has been made on our part we do apologize and will take care of the issue right away and pay for you to ship the item back to us via standard mail. To process the return of the incorrect item please do the following:
